Once we become aware of a piece of property that can be purchased, we analyze its potential value, looking for its potential highest use. We investigate the issues that must be confronted and develop a plan to reach our objective. We provide the capital to purchase the undervalued land, then, we put our plan in place and address the issues causing the land to be undervalued. This could include many issues including environmental regulations, site constraints, topographic issues, or government/municipality limitations.

Once we successfully execute our plan we can begin development to recognize the unrealized value of the property. If natural resources are present, these “issues” become assets through sustainable harvesting. Once the developments are completed, we sell the property to individuals or organizations who appreciate the new found value we have created.
